Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:

- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carrier operations, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Maprida ships to many countries worldwide.
Please note:

- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays or returned packages. Maprida is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Maprida is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Maprida is not responsible for delays caused by:
