Refunds & Returns

1. Return Period

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
